ZERO-DECON

ZERO-DECON.net

Net Zero focused modular, expandable and centrally networked medical textile reprocessing capabilities

ZERO-DECON integrates Revolution-ZERO's reprocessing technologies including digital frameworks, tracking systems, training, compliance, assurances, modular decontamination/sterilisation units and Net Zero technical solutions.

ZERO-DECON.net provides supply chain resilience and local control

Our networked ZERO-DECON capabilities enable close local control over supply, quality, cost and environmental impact of medical textiles ranging from regulated products such as sterile gowns and surgical drapes through to workwear and linen.

In April 2023 we will be deploying an 80 square metre ZERO-DECON unit to reprocess and supply surgical textiles for orthopaedic theatres at St Michael's Hospital, Hayle, Cornwall, UK.

This state of the art capability is integrating Net Zero focused washers, dryers and reporting sensors.  It will be enabled with our advanced digital logistics, compliance and monitoring technologies.  Within this capability and with our academic partners we will continue to develop and deploy new technologies including low temperature decontamination and reusable sterile packaging systems.  These developments are a natural extension of our previous and ongoing work with NHS England, NHS Wales and regional healthcare organisations across England, Wales and Scotland.
