Revolution-Zero was established to address the issues with single-use medical textiles that were exposed during the coronavirus pandemic.

Namely, fragile global supply chains, quality control and cost stability paired with excessive waste, carbon and other environmental impacts.
We have designed, built and validated an alternative and superior circular economy system.

The problem
Single-use surgical gowns, operating room drapes, PPE and textiles generate enormous waste, are vulnerable to supply failure, and contribute significantly to healthcare's carbon footprint.
Our solution
We replace single-use medical textiles with high-performance reusable alternatives, backed by state-of-the-art low impact decontamination technology, resilient and location focused supply chains, and end-to-end asset tracking software.

"There is no difference. If anything, they are more comfortable and absorbent than the single-use."

Orthopaedic Registrar, Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust

Our low-temperature decontamination process meets all regulatory requirements, decreases costs and slashes the 60% of laundry emissions caused by heating water — cutting 17,000 tonnes of CO₂e per year for the NHS in processing gowns alone.
